Terms and Conditions

General:

All agreements concluded with us, as well as all reservations and services provided, are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry, which have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague.

Cancellation policy - hotel:

Hotel general - If you have booked directly with us, ie; by telephone, e-mail or on our own website, you can cancel free of charge until 12:00 noon on the day before arrival. Unless, clearly stated otherwise in your confirmation.
Have you booked through third parties? Then unfortunately we cannot guarantee the same conditions.

Christmas - For reservations on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, adjusted conditions apply. You can cancel free of charge up to two weeks prior to arrival. From two weeks before arrival, 50% of the value of the hotel room (product excluded) will be charged. From 24 hours before arrival, the total amount of the hotel room will be charged.

COVID-19 - During the COVID-19 pandemic we will settle all cancellation costs by means of a voucher from De Havixhorst with the same value, to be used within one year.
